Return and Exchange

Important Note About Return Conditions:

When your order is delivered, you must open your package and check the product accompanied by the cargo officer. It is especially important to do this for packages that are crushed, torn, opened or wet. In an unexpected situation, if you encounter a problematic product, you must not accept the package and file a report with the cargo officer and have it returned to us by the cargo company.

Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed or damaged in any way due to use are not accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was received and to pay for the commercial loss resulting from use.

Returns of disposable or personalized products, products that deteriorate quickly or are likely to expire are not accepted.

To return or exchange a product that has not expired, you can contact us at info@fayybutik.com. We will be happy to assist you.

When sending your cargo back, you must send the following replacement card or your invoice together.

Important: In order for a change to be made, you must have contacted us and the last change date must not have passed. We kindly request you to send it to Fayy Boutique together with the product.

Product return and exchange address:

You can send your returns to our address on the invoice.

Return and Exchange Transactions Except for the Right of Withdrawal:

The consumer has the legal right to return within 14 days within the scope of the ‘Right of Withdrawal Without Reason’. 

In order for the product to be returned or exchanged, it must be undamaged, its packaging undamaged, with all its accessories, unused or resalable. Otherwise, your return or replacement request will not be accepted.

In addition, you can report the products that you think have a manufacturing defect and want to return within 7 business days following the date of receipt and send them to us within 14 days.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

You must contact Fayy Butik before the “Last replacement date” on the replacement card you receive when you receive your order passes. This period is 14 days from the delivery date of the product you purchased within the scope of the distance sales contract. When your request reaches us, it will be evaluated by the authorities and an information e-mail will be sent to you when your refund is processed.

If the product is a gift given by a person, you can exchange your gift for another product you like with a “change card”. You cannot return a gift someone else bought for you. Customers who want to return the gift instead of exchange it must return the gift along with the original invoice. Otherwise, returns cannot be accepted and it is recommended that you exchange it for another product.

If the product is purchased and used by an institution, it must be sent with a ‘Return Invoice’ issued by the institution for return, which is cut out as ‘Product Unit Price + VAT’, without including the shipping share. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be made unless a ‘Return Invoice’ is issued.

After your returned cargo reaches Fayy Butik, an information e-mail will be sent to you and the product will be refunded to the credit card with which you paid the price. The time it takes for your refund to appear on your statement varies depending on your bank.  If there is a delay in your refund being reflected on your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank with the Refund Transaction Number included in the information e-mail we sent to you.

Product Cancellation Conditions:

You can cancel your order by contacting us via info@fayybutik.com e-mail address. 

Cancellation of your order cannot be done if your order has been shipped.

*In case of order cancellation, your payment amount will be refunded to you. For payments by credit card, the refund is refunded to the credit card account; for payments by money order, the refund is refunded to the account from which the transfer was made.
